Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of placing the order.

• Portugal Continental: Los gastos de envío son de GRATIS y un tiempo de entrega de 48-72 horas laborales.
• Islas de Portugal (Azores y Madeira): Los gastos de envío son de 129,99€ y un tiempo de entrega de 7-10 días laborales.

• Envíos a Francia

• Francia Continental: Los gastos de envío son de 4,99€ y un tiempo de entrega de 2-4 días laborales. Para pedidos superiores a 100€ el envío es GRATIS.
• Córcega: Los gastos de envío son de 9,99€ y un tiempo de entrega de 7-10 días laborales.

• Envíos a Italia

• Italia Continental: Los gastos de envío son de 4,99€ y un tiempo de entrega de 3-5 días laborales. Para pedidos superiores a 100€ el envío es GRATIS.
• Cerdeña y Sicilia: Los gastos de envío son de 9,99€ y un tiempo de entrega de 7-10 días laborales.

• Envíos a Alemania, Austria, Bélgica, Holanda, Polonia, República Checa y Suecia

• Los gastos de envío son de 4,99€ y un tiempo de entrega de 3-5 días laborales. Para pedidos superiores a 100€ el envío es GRATIS.

• Envíos a otros países Unión Europea (Hungría, Bulgaria, Croacia, Dinamarca, Estonia, Finlandia, Grecia, Letonia, Lituania, Rumanía, Eslovaquia, Eslovenia, Irlanda, Luxemburgo)

• Los gastos de envío son de 9,99€ y un tiempo de entrega de 3-7 días laborales.

• Envíos a Suiza

• Los gastos de envío son de 79,99€ y un tiempo de entrega de 5-7 días laborales. Para pedidos superiores a 200€, los gastos de envío son de 29,99 €.

• Envíos a Estados Unidos

• Los gastos de envío son de $149,99 y un tiempo de entrega de 7-10 días laborales.

 

All orders will be shipped on business days, Monday to Friday, with the deadline being 12:00pm for the order to be shipped that same day. For orders after this time they will be shipped the next day. Additionally, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included in the estimated arrival time calculation.

Normal delivery times may be slightly extended during holidays, Black Friday or Christmas due to the high volume of work during these periods.

RETURNS

If you wish to return the product, please note that you have 30 calendar days to do so after receiving the order. The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. Late returns are not accepted.

If you have purchased the product through our website, follow the following steps:

1. Send us an email to hello@huiike.com containing the following information:
- Name of the person who made the purchase.
- Order number.
- Reason for return.

2. If the order is suitable for return, we will send you a label and we will arrange with the carrier to collect the product.

If you have purchased the product through a Marketplace (Amazon, Decathlon, Miravia...) follow the relevant steps on the site itself or contact us directly through the platform.

Once we have received the item, we will do an exhaustive check of the condition of both the board and all its elements to ensure that they have not been used and are in perfect condition and in their original packaging for each of its elements. Returns will be reviewed within a maximum period of 3 business days once the product arrives at our facilities.

Once the product has been reviewed and everything is in perfect condition, we will proceed to issue you the relevant refund. If we detect that the items have been used, we will inform you and the proportional part will not be refunded, therefore, make sure that when you request a return the product has not been used.

Your refund will be processed within up to 7 business days after approval and it may take between 2 and 10 business days to receive the amount depending on your bank.

If you receive a product in error or it is defective, this product will be removed by us and we will send one in perfect condition without any additional cost.

Returns are free of charge as long as the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If this were not the case, the corresponding deductions would be made in the refund.
